Use of Meracillin-TZ :

Meracillin-TZ is an antibiotic that can be used to treat several bacterial illnesses. It’s an antibiotic that’s based on penicillin. It works by preventing bacteria from growing.

 

How to Use Meracillin-TZ :

This medication is normally given every 6 hours by injection into a vein as advised by your doctor. It should be injected slowly over 30 minutes. The dosage is determined by your medical condition and treatment response. The dosage for children is also determined by their age and weight.
If you’re going to use this medication at home, make sure you understand all of the preparation and usage instructions from your doctor. Visually inspect this product for particles or discoloration before usage. If either of these conditions exists, do not use the liquid. Learn how to properly store and dispose of medical supplies.
If you are using a frozen pre-mixed solution, defrost the container at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Allow at least 1 hour for the bag to come to room temperature once it has been thawed in the refrigerator. Do not thaw in warm/hot water or the microwave. After thawing, give the container a good shake and squeeze to check for leaks. If the container leaks, toss it out. After thawing, do not re-freeze the solution.
Use this antibiotic at regular intervals for the best results. Use this medication at the same time(s) every day to help you remember.
Even if your symptoms go away after a few days, keep taking this medication for the full duration recommended. Stopping the drug too soon may cause the infection to recur.
