Mycrol Syrup

Use of Mycrol Syrup :

Acidity, bloating, indigestion, heartburn, and gas are treated with Mycrol Syrup.

Mechanism Action of Mycrol Syrup :

MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE are antacids, or anti-ulcers, that are used to treat acid reflux, bloating, indigestion, heartburn, and gas. The medications Magaldrate (antacid) and Simethicone are combined in MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE (anti-flatulent). Magaldrate acts by absorbing excess stomach acid and neutralizing it. Simethicone is a silica gel and dimethicone mixture. Activated dimethicone is another name for it. Simethicone acts by lowering the surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing gas to be expelled more easily by flatus or belching (burping). It also keeps gas from accumulating and forming in the digestive tract.

How to use Mycrol :

MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE in liquid form should be taken by mouth with the measuring cup provided in the package; shake the bottle well before each use. Depending on your medical condition, you should take MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. Certain common adverse effects, such as constipation, diarrhea, and intestinal pain, may occur in some circumstances. The majority of these adverse effects do not necessitate medical treatment and will subside with time. However, if you are experiencing these adverse effects regularly, you should consult your doctor.

Common Side Effects :

MAGALDRATE+SIMETHICONE, like all drugs, can produce adverse effects, though not everyone gets them. The most common adverse effects of MAGALDRATE+SIMETHICONE include constipation, diarrhea, and intestinal pain. If you encounter any of these adverse effects regularly, please see your doctor.

Some Important Information :

MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE are antacids and anti ulcers, which are used to treat acidity, bloating, indigestion, heartburn, and gas. A mucous layer normally protects the stomach from acid. The mucous layer can be damaged in some cases due to excessive acid production, resulting in issues such as acidity and heartburn. When the abdomen is loaded with gas or air, bloating ensues.

Magaldrate (antacid) & Simethicone (anti-flatulent) are the two medications that makeup Mycrol. Magaldrate acts by absorbing excess stomach acid and neutralizing it. Simethicone acts by lowering the surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing gas to be expelled more easily by flatus or belching (burping). It also keeps gas from accumulating and forming in the digestive tract.

When taking MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE, avoid antacids that include aluminum or magnesium. Antacids containing aluminum, as well as MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE, may cause constipation and intestinal blockage, whilst antacids containing magnesium may cause diarrhea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, see your doctor before using MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE. Children should not be administered MAGALDRATE or SIMETHICONE since their safety has not been demonstrated. Alcohol should not be consumed with MAGALDRATE & SIMETHICONE since it may cause increased acidity.
