Mefloxacin-MS Syrup

Use of Mefloxacin-MS Syrup :

Mefloxacin-MS (Ofloxacin, Metronidazole, and Simethicone) is a medication used to treat diarrhoea.

Mechanism Action of Mefloxacin-MS Syrup :

Mefloxacin-MS is a treatment for diarrhoea that combines three antibiotics: Ofloxacin, Metronidazole, and Simethicone. Bacteria are killed by ofloxacin because it prevents them from multiplying and fixing themselves. Metronidazole, in addition to killing bacteria, damages the DNA of other microbes. They efficiently treat your infection when used together. Simethicone is an antifoaming medication that breaks down gas bubbles and allows for simple gas transit.
