CEFTRIAXONE & TAZOBACTAM (Meftria-TZ) is a medication that combines Ceftriaxone (an antibiotic) and Tazobactam (an antifungal) (beta-lactamase inhibitor). Ceftriaxone is an antibiotic that works by interfering with the production of the bacterial cell wall (a protective covering) required for survival.
